Vlijanie trenirovocnych nagruzok anaerobnoj i aerobnoj napravlennosti na uroven' fiziceskoj rabotosposobnosti i adaptacionnye vozmoznosti sportsmenov v razlicnych sezony goda

(Influence of training loads of anaerobic and aerobic orientation on the level of physical capacity and adaptative abilities of athletes in various seasons of the year )

Athletes of judo and the ski races differing in the character of power metabolism (anaerobic and aerobic) were chosen for the estimation of the influence of various forms of motor activity on an organism in conditions of seasonal changes of the environment . During three years of supervisions it was surveyed in dynamics of 144 men (67 judokas and 77 skiers, aged 16-24 years). Supervisions were carried out in various seasons of the year cycle of training according to the program of athletes' training before competitions. Dynamics of quantity and the contents of neutrophils and lymphocytes in peripheral blood of athletes is the reflection of influence of seasonal changes of environment and character of training loads on an organism while features of the last did not render essential influence on the quantity of circulating monocytes. The direct correlation between the size of training loads and the level of maximal consumption of oxygen was revealed either direct, and mediated condition of adaptable abilities of an organism in skiers-racers. The connection between parameters of training loads and the level of the maximal consumption of oxygen was shown in judokas only mediated, through parameters of adaptable abilities of an organism.
