(Evolution of government bodies in the field of management of physical culture and Sports in the beginning of the XXth century and in the Soviet period in Russia )
The government bodies, together with other power structures of administration are representing the state. They are the carriers of the government, through their activity the superpower state officials carry out the political authority.
The author was carried out the original research of the Russian government bodies in the field of physical culture and sports evolution. He examined, how political, social and economic conditions and the superpower state officials influenced the formation, regulation and achievements of the branch.
