Osnovnye polozheniya kontseptsii intensivnogo innovatsionnogo preobrazovaniya natsionalnoj sistemy fizkulturno-sportivnogo vospitaniya detej, podrostkov i molodyozhi Rossii
(Philosophy of consept of intensive innovational transformation in national system of physical culture and sports education of children, teenagers and youth of Russia)
The purpose of this paper is to represent for a consideration the author's conception of the Russian national physical education system's innovational reconstruction. The aim of the physical culture and sports areas' reformation in Russian Federation is formulated. The main directions of the Russian physical culture and sports sphere functioning are appointed. The containing principles to improve the state system of the physical education as well as the children and youths sports and the national elite sport progressing are offered in the article.
