Effective nutritional ergogenic aids

Athletes use a variety of nutritional ergogenic aids to enhance performance. Most nutritional aids can be categorized as a potential energy source: carbohydrates, protein and amino acid, dietary antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E and carotenes, creatine, caffeine.
