Validität eines mobilen Multisensor-Systems für die R-R-Intervall-Messung und HRV-Analyse bei psychophysiologischen Fragestellungen

Introduction: Aim of our study was to test the accuracy of a mobile multi sensor system (Equivital, Hidalgo Inc.) in comparison to a high resolution 3-channel-ECG system (ProComp Infinity, Thought Technology Inc.) with respect to inter-beat-intervals (IBI) and heart rate variability (HRV) frequency measures. Method: 25 five healthy young volunteers were investigated during a psychological testing in a sitting position. R-R intervals were measured synchronously using a) a breast belt system (Equivital) with sampling rate of 256 Hertz and b) a 3-channel-ECG-system (ProComp Infinity) with a sampling rate of 2048 Hertz. For each subject synchronized 300 IBIs from both devices were statistically analyzed and subsequently transformed into the frequency domain. Results: Intraclass-correlation coefficients show a good agreement (> 0.75) of both systems in terms of R-R-measurement as well as HRV-frequency parameters (table 1).
