Interactions between the cardiac growth factors (GF) endothelin (ET-1) and angio II (AII) with gene polymorphisms of the renin angiotensin system (RAS) in athletes' heart
In einer Untersuchung mit 83 männlichen Sportlern wurde festgestellt, dass die genetischen Einflüsse des RAS eine modifizierende Rolle bei der Entwicklung eines Sportherzens spielen können. Die regulierende Rolle der biochemischen GF bleibt schwer zu erfassen.
