Distance HRV biofeedback training strategies for the COVID-19 pandemic
1. Attendees will review HRV time- and frequency-domain, autonomic, and respiratory measurements that are critical for assessment of client performance.
2. Attendees will review normative autonomic, HRV, and respiratory values.
