Coaching considerations for the tire flip

The purpose of this column is to provide a basic recommendation to integrating and applying the tire flip exercise to the strength and conditioning program. It will look at factors such as selecting a tire, performing the exercise correctly, commong technical flaws and how to spot the exercise
