Ispol'zovanie uslovij iskustvenno sozdannoj skal'noj i ledovoj sred v fiziceskoj i techniceskoj podgotovke
(The use of conditions of artificially created rocky and ice environments in physical and technical training)
The purpose of the research was the substantiation of a technique of physical and technical training of athletes with the use of artificially created rocky and ice mountain environment for a successful competitive activity in natural conditions.
The results can be used in an educational-training process in mountain tourism, climbing, professionally applied physical culture of rescuers, specialists of law enforcement bodies and industrial mountaneering.
