The high-qualified athletes are affected by enormous oppression of the immune system due to irrational training that costs overload and exhaustion. The condition of the immune system developing because of physical overloading, disturbing of body adaptation processes can be characterised as a strong and stable secondary immunodeficiency. In that case of the immunodeficiency due to physical overloading and overtraining along with general oppression T-system of immunity, the disturbing interrelations between different subpopulations of immune cells was observed. Female athletes with disturbs in menstrual cycle have reduced immunology reactivity according to cellular type. Such phenomenon is observed in under conditions of combine physical and emotional stress due to competition. But it is not observed under conditions of the training tension that proves the leading part of emotional stress determine occurring immunodepression of Female athletes with the similar declination.
