Comparison of torque and electromyography of elbow flexors obtained at 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Es wurden 9.00 Uhr und 18.00 Uhr die EMG-Signale der Ellenbogenbeuger während isometrischen Kontraktionen bei einem Ellbogenwinkel von 90° auf einem isokinetischen Dynamometer gemessen. Aus den Ergebnissen wird geschlußfolgert, daß die neuromuskuläre Effizienz 18.00 Uhr bedeutend höher ist.
