Alpine ski racing is a complex study in athletics, technique, high-tech equipment and an unyielding dedication to infinite detail. This study once again pioneers new movement patterns in ski racing which can cut aggregately significant duration from a competitor`s course time. I am elated to be the creator of these ideas and to share them with coaches and competitors who are interested in their real world application.
