Three-dimensional kinematics of the knee during ski-specific motion patterns with respect to knee injuries in alpine skiing
This study identified physiologic ski motion patterns and physiologic "endstage" range of knee motions during ski-specific movements. Overall, the measured range of knee motions will serve as a basis for development and design of novel protective knee braces in alpine skiing.
