The purpose of this paper was to find more correct method of the research, allowing ascertaining the changes (on the neurohumoral level), arising as the result of the influence of any psychoemotional factor (in this experiment there was the theoretical examination). The researches were carried out on the faculty of sports medicine of Moscow state academy of physical culture. 30 4th year of education students of various sports specializations have taken participations in the experiment. The pupilography is the sensitive method which objectively reflecting the condition of vegetative nervous system, the central nervous system, and conditions of stressful character also as examinations are. The method of binocular pupilometry can be recommended for the definition of the various stressful conditions and for updating training process, especially in games.
