In reference to the two years (2000-2002) there were six messurements taken at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the winter involving 34 children. The age of the junior racers when the first messurement was taken was between 8 and 11 years, this is the best age to learn physical abilities. The messurements are taken in two parts, one being physical- and one being technical abilities. The study proves that there is a correlation between the physical ability and the movement quality in the test group. It also points out how the results vary over the two years. The study introduces a system wich gives you a clear indication of the superior physical and technical abilities of certain induviduals enabbling you to build a cadre.
