Diving mechanics & physics: My lessons

To become a great diver doesn't take alot of strength and or God given talent. It takes discipline, hard work, and an intelligent application of physics and mechanics. There are just a few basic fundamental laws of physics to understand and a few mechanical principles to grasp to become a complete diver. I am convinced that divers of any skill level can reach the national and world level if they apply intelligent thought to what they are trying to do, why, and how. Most coaches and divers do not! I have tried to make these lessons simple and defined. Apply purpose to your training and you will reach the top faster and more effectively. The rewards of coaching and diving correctly are within your grasp if you learn and practice the fundamentals! The world is not flat! Don't coach or dive that way.
