Type of muscle control in elite Alpine skiing - Is it still the same than in 1995?

The coordinative affinity to the competition exercise is a challenge to the implementation of effective strength training programs for Alpine skiers. Therefore, the present data potentially enhances our understanding of how muscle control in current Alpine ski racing occurs and how we can increase the specificity in training.
