Der Artikel enthält eine Analyse der Organisation von Trainingseinheiten von Kindern im Alter von 11-13 Jahren. Der Aufbau eines Jahrestrainingsplans für 11- bis 13-Jährige für Kampfsportgarten wurde entwickelt.
The article contains an analysis of the organization of occupations of children aged 11-13 engaged in sports and health groups. The construction of a one-year cycle of training of children of 11-13 years with the preferential use of the techniques of martial arts was developed.
