Purpose: to study the influence of modern choreography on the level of technical preparedness of athletes from acrobatic rock`n`roll at the stage of preliminary basic training. Material & Methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of data of special scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, method of expert evaluations, methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 40 athletes (20 sports pairs of the Juvenile category). Results: the level of technical mastery of the performance of the competitive program is determined before and after the pedagogical experiment. Dynamics of indicators of the level of technical preparedness of young athletes from acrobatic rock`n`roll. Conclusions: study testifies to the positive influence of the means of modern choreography on the level of technical preparedness of athletes from acrobatic rock'n'roll at the stage of preliminary basic training.
