Acute (<36 h) effects of post-exercise hydrotherapy on lower-body performance following resistance exercise in junior international male volleyball athletes
Hydrotherapy strategies such as cold, hot and contrast water immersion are used by athletes on completion of, and in preparation for, training and competition. The current study investigated the acute (<36 h) effects of post-exercise hydrotherapy on lower-body performance following a whole-body resistance exercise session.
