This characteristic can be improved when the athletes are aged between 10 and 12 years , therefore, full use should be made of the sensitive growth period to strengthen reacting speed and action speed in the training. Secondly, power is the indispensable important quality of basic training, as it is determined by strength and speed. The literature suggests that the 11 and 12 year old age category is the best period for developing endurance quality, mainly through developing the ability with less intensity and longer duration. Finally, coordination developmental quality not only promotes athletes to grasp skills quickly but it also has great importance to their future development.
