The estimation of the person's condition forecasting, finding-out of the reserve opportunities of an organism with the attraction of the various spectral methods of the R-R analysis have started to be used since the 60th. The specificity of the nonparametric methods is the simplicity of the algorithm of the calculation and the high speed of the processing. The features of the vegetative regulation at the young athletes at the orthostase were examined in the spectrum of the capacity and the wave activity of the some parameters of the blood circulation. The physiological mechanisms of the vegetative support of the activity of the athlete are found-out at the completing of the functional tests. The studying of changes of the cardiac rate slow wave fluctuations, the arterial pressure and the tone of vessels opens the opportunities for the estimated activity, diagnostics and the forecasting of the condition of a person, the revealing of the reserve opportunities of an organism.
