Effects of a resistance training program on the report of shoulder pain in adolescent swimmers

The resistance training exercises used were lat pull, bench press, seated row, deltoid flies, biceps curls, and triceps extensions. There was a negative correlation (r= -.61) between internal rotation and supraspinatus pain. After training (5 months), internal rotation increased and pain decreased.
