About the so-called Elite sports modell "Suedvorstadt" in Wienna, Austria: The idea, sucess, way and preconditions for becoming a member of the modell, conditions there for the athletes - school, sports, etc.
The modell wants to co-ordinate school, sports training and development of personality of young athletes. They have to fulfill some criteria to become a member.
