Sport planning applied to canoeing

Historically, the ability of the coaches to program training and achieve optimal sports performances with their athletes has generally been attributed to the many years of their personal experience. Unfortunately, there is not much research on canoeing, particularly on the quantification of training programs and their effects on physiological adaptation and the corresponding performance.
