Hodnoceni variabilty srdecni frekvence pri tilesnych cvicenich telemetrickym systemem VARIAPULSE TF 3
(Die Bewertung der Herzfrequenzvariabilität mit dem telemetrischen VARIAPULS TF 3 System)
Authors present a survey of methods of heart rate variability evaluation with regard to its application in sport medicine and monitoring of sport practice. Basing on summed knowledge, they present hardware and software design of a telemetric computer-aided system, using "short-term" spectral analysis of heart rate variability (SAHRV) for analysing the functions of autonomic nervous system (ANS) in dependence on defined physical load. Further on, SAHRV parameters are specified quantifying spectral power in frequency bands VLF, LF and HF and the conditions of standardisation which are necessary for objective evaluation of ANS functions with the help of the given method.
