Based on the theory and method of plyometric weight training, one kind of plyometric weight machine is researched and developed. Data real-time gathering and diagnostic analysis of weight training can be realized by mounting linear position transducer or accelerometer on the traditional strength training devices, which overcomes the shortcoming that traditional training devices are unable to carry on the data diagnostic analysis. Meanwhile the system's, security is enhanced by mounting additional deceleration detent, which makes traditional weight machines become digitized scientific and technological products, so the effective monitoring and the scientific management of training process are realized by means of all above.
