Auf der Seite werden Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen verschiedener Art für Trainer im Biathlon und Para Biathlon, Bildungsangebote für Schiedsrichter und Offizielle, Angebote für Athleten (z.B. duale Karriere) sowie verschiedene wissenschaftliche Angebote (IBU Research Grant Programm angeboten. Zudem hat hier das neue von der IBU herausgegebene Journal of Biathlon Coaching seinen Platz.
