Skorostno-silovaja podgotovka v cikliceskich vidach sporta s projavleniem vynoslivosti (na primere lyžnych gonok)

(Schnellkrafttraining in zyklischen Ausdauersportarten (am Beispiel Skilanglauf))

In this article, based on the results of studies of the last period of time, as well as the experience of sports practice in various sports, including their own, associated with the preparation of the women`s team of the country (1984-1998) and the male (1998-2002). On ski races, some aspects of the use of speed-strength training in the annual macrocycle of highly qualified cyclists are considered. Along with traditional approaches to the development of such speed-strength qualities as strength and speed, it is proposed to improve the speed and power of movement, as one of the directions of the above training, to build, taking into account the need to increase aerobic productivity, by activating the mechanisms of anaerobic support.
