Changes in technique after high-intensity exercise during roller ski skating

In cross-country skiing sprint competitions skiers perform a time-trial qualification race and three separate knockout heats. In such races, the ability to reproduce an effective technique over several heats is of high importance for the race outcome. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare kinematic and kinetic variables at highspeed roller ski skating before and after a high-intensity exercise to exhaustion.
