Does post-exercise blood lactate kinetics reflect the metabolic characteristics of cross-country skiers?
Mittels Daten aus einem ansteigenden Laufbandtest wurde die Laktatkinetik in der Wiederherstellungsphase bei 7 männlichen Skilangläufern untersucht. Das Nachbelastungslaktat stand in Bezug zur Wiederherstellungsleistungskapazität. Weiterhin bestand eine Korrelation zwischen der Wiederherstellungsleistungskapazität und der Belastungsleistung von der anaeroben Schwelle bis zur VO2max.
