The influence of hypoxic exposure on the quantity of iron metabolism and correlative indexes of anemic swimmers before competition
Introduction:
Iron is very import to improve performance. Sports anemia, especially iron-deficient anemia is a serious problem in sports medicine. Iron deficiency influences the quantity of red blood cells. This study investigated the influence of hypoxic exposure on the quantity of iron metabolism and correlative indexes in sports anemia swimmers during training before competition. The paper also tries to provide references to the prevention and cure of sports anemia.
