The importance of a world in raising the awareness of kinesthetic and energy elements of movement in the teaching/learning process of swimming
While attempting to find correlations between the structure (simple sentences, complex sentences and single words) and the content of the utterance I have found significant correlation between the contents related to explaining the energy elements of the movement and raising the awareness of information received from the water environment on the one hand, and the final result on the other. This fact proves to be an important argument (often neglected) pointing to the importance of speech in teaching/learning to swim. It is only through speech that a coach may give a swimmer clues as to what Stimuli from the swimmer's organism must be paid attention to, and also how to contract and flex muscles in water, and with what velocity to perform an arm movement while swimming in order to achieve the Optimum performance of the movement. This is particularly important during the process of learning to swim, improving skills and developing one's own swimming technique.
