Primary research on elite triathletes` aerobic ability in our country
Introduction:
The purpose of the study was to examine the level of triathletes' aerobic metabolism and its influence on the result of triathlon competition through testing and appraising the elite triathletes` VO2max was used to reflect the physical fitness before and after the winter training periods of elite triathletes.
