Consensus statement on epidemiological studies of medical conditions in tennis, April 2009

The article presents a study that aims to establish definitions, methods, and reporting procedures applicable to the particular tennis requirements through making an assessment on existing consensus statements for injury surveillance in other sports. Suggestions are said to have been made to record baseline information of players. It concludes that proposed definitions and methodology to record injuries acquired during tennis activities can result to more consistent data being collected.
