Examining and treating the cervical spine in tennis players
The cervical spine is only a small area of the body and often ignored by sports therapists. This should not be the case as the cervical spine can have huge impact on how the upper limb functions. It is highly probable that the touring athlete will have cervical spine dysfunction at some stage due to the forces that are applied during their sport and even from regular changing of pillows.
This article is about the assessment and treatment of cervical spine problems (in tennis players).
