Injury prevention for throwing athletes part II: Critical instant training
Despite medical advances, pitch count limitations, and existing protective guidelines, throwing arm injuries continue to escalate. Part ii introduces critical instant training, injury prevention strategies believed to improve throwing arm functionality to reduce medial elbow injury risks in association to biomechanical events that occur at the late-cocking, acceleration, and deceleration phases of the pitching delivery.
