Through the method of observation and face-to-face talk, the author analyses in this paper the way of changing the traditional training method and improving the team's management. Conclusion 1. Administering the team through some psychological rules will improve the team's administrative benefits. 2. The interference in the athletes has attained the result as expected. It has solved some problems and justified the value and role of our theory.
