The article presents ski skating techniques research of the elite Nordic Combiners, of Russia and the world, based on video shooting of the ski race at the 2019 World Championships in Seefeld. We measured kinematic characteristics of V1 skating technique and defined the Russian athletes` weaknesses. They need in optimization of the tactic and improving the local muscular endurance.
