Implementation of a differentiated approach in competition activities of young wrestlers taking into account individual characteristics technical and tactical action
The article deals with the process of improving the effectiveness of highly skilled wrestlers taking into account the individual characteristics of technical actions. During the experiment the emphasis was placed on determining the time of the organizationof dynamic situations and the quality of the dynamic situations implementation through technical actions, on model characteristics of competitive activity. Attack and defense coefficients were determined taking into account the judicial evaluations of individual characteristics of technical actions in competitive activity.
