Dynamic changes of body metabolism of 8 top judo athletes with different body weight in the same pre-competition training program

(Dynamische Veränderungen des Körperstoffwechsels von TOP8-Judoka mit unterschiedlichem Körpergewicht bei gleichem Vor-Wettkampf-Trainingsprogramm)

Abstract:In order to study the body metabolism features of top judo athletes with different body weights during a 4-month training cycle in the same pre-competition training program. Eight top judo athletes with different body weights from the Russian national team participating in the European Championships were selected as the research subjects. The conclusions are as follows: 1) Implementing the same pre-competition training plan used in preparing for the European Championships has exerted different degrees of impacts on the metabolism of top judo athletes of the Russian national team. 2) In order to make a training plan for the specific training tasks of top judo athletes with different weights, it is necessary to evaluate the training means and methods of top judo athletes in the past, so as to ensure the same expected recovery effect after the completion of the training task for top judo athletes with different weights (small weight, medium body weight and large body weight groups). 3) The positive dynamic changes of the test results of the relevant indexes of top judo athletes in the competition process depend to a large extent on the improvement rate of special endurance and anaerobic metabolism ability. 4) Regularly and temporarily lowering the aerobic metabolism level of top judo athletes in the final stage of pre-competition training can improve the competition performance and doesn't have any negative impact.
