The mechanisms of sports movements under the condition of developing fatigue
(Die Mechanismen sportlicher Bewegungen unter der Bedingung zunehmender Ermüdung)
Introduction
It is known, that managing movements represents the difficult multilevel neuronal system functioning on hierarchical principle (N. Bernstein,1966; Mc Comos,2001). Thus each level of system is responsible for the decision of its own problems, and realization is carried out by its own mechanisms of the given level. Concrete mechanisms of managing complete motor actions of a person in many respects depend on the level of skills of the motor response, its distinction from natural locomotions (walking, running), time and peak parameters of carried out movement, its appropriate (exact) characteristics and other factors. Understanding the mechanisms of coordination of sports movements represents considerable interest as their realization is connected with exact time and peak parameters, size of muscular efforts, high speed of reduction of working muscles.
Methods
This research was carried out on 93 athletes-wrestlers (judo). Features of biomechanical characteristics and EMG parameters of skeletal muscles were studied at realization of motor actions of different coordination complexity, and also change of external and internal structure of a throw by "leg grip" during the process of fatigue caused by three kinds of physical activities. Those loadings were applied: 1) 5 minute series general based exercises; 2) Performance of techniques within 5 minutes; 3) Competitive - 6 competitive fights with a 5 minutes rest interval. Biomechanical parameters were
registered with the help of the program complex Star Trace (Video Motion, 2005) and electrical activity with electromyography "Neuro- MBP-8" (Russia, 2006).
Results /Discussion
The results indicated that the realization of the techniques differing under the biomechanical characteristics is provided with specific EMG patterns of the working muscles which concrete parameters depend on coordination complexity of carried out motor action, subjects` sports qualification, and also of the character of contact counteraction of the rivals applying those or other counterattacking and protective techniques. The results of the comparative analysis of biomechanical characteristics of carried out movements and parameters of bioelectric activity of muscles allow to support the concept about wide variability of internal structure of a realized technique in comparison with its external characteristics (peak and time). The development of muscular fatigue was accompanied by natural changes of duration of tested technique (a throw by "leg grip"), its kinematical characteristics - speeds, accelerations, movings of links of a body of the sportsman, dynamics of angular parameters, and also specific electromyography displays - change of an order of inclusion of working muscles, duration and amplitude of their electric activity. The quantitative expressiveness and an orientation of dynamics of kinematical and electromyography characteristics depends on a kind of physical activity. The greatest changes in the parameters of a throw by "leg grip" are marked under the influence of the muscular loading modeling of the wrestler`s competitive activity. We have noticed, that despite obvious fatigue, the productivity of performance of a throw remained enough high.
Conclusions
Thus, in the process of the developing of muscular fatigue the efficiency of a realised technique is reached at the expense of specific changes of its biomechanical characteristics and the electrical activity of skeletal muscles.
