The purpose of the research was to reveal the features of the electroactivity of skeletal muscles at the performance of complex movements on coordination and the use of the data received for the optimization of technical and power training of wrestlers. The comparative analysis of characteristics of bioelectric activity of the skeletal muscles registered at performance of base techniques and special preparing exercises, has allowed the authors to develop training programs on the technical and power training of sambists. Nowadays the efficiency of the use of these programs is checked in a pedagogical experiment.
