It will increase your endurance in combat, your durability through the long season, your explosive power in execution of technique, and your overall confidence as a wrestler. This program is good for the in-season as it allows you to work every body part twice a week in only three days. I like this split because you can maintain your strength while at the same time recovering from hard wrestling workouts.
