Motion analysis and physiological demands in international women`s team handball.
The most important finding of the present study is that the physical match performance of elite female handball players varies in close association with differences in the physical capacity of the players. The individual physiological demands of a female handball player seem to be determined by their individual physiological and motorical capacities and their movement patterns rather than by position-specific loads.
