Evaluate some success factors of applying the professionalism in football in the UAE

The study aims to evaluate the experience of football professionalism in the UAE from the perspective of the player and coach, administrative and media, through the identification of the most important success factors for the application of professionalism in football in the UAE. The study sample included different sets of associated personnel to football representing the various emirates with a total number of sample 270 people. Researcher used survey research methodology as a means to study and evaluate the application of some factors of professionalism in football in UAE. Based on what came from the conclusions of this study can be recommended as follows. Most categories of the study agreed on some of the factors with some variation in the order of priority for each category compared to the other category depending on the requirements and approach to professionalism. Both the coaches and managers, experts and the public on the importance of funding factor and its role in the success of the application of professionalism and consideration for the football as a profession have controls and obligations on the part of the player. Emphasize the importance of psychological factors in dealing with the players and the achievement of justice among themselves and provide the right incentives and the development of relations and strengthen ties of friendship and affection between members of the team and some, including hardware and technical and administrative. Players need to solve their problems of social care and self-insurance career after retirement. The need to promote a culture of professionalism Awareness through the role played by the various media and through educational seminars and lectures, which contribute to raising the culture of the community sports.
