Application of conconi heart rate deflection in assessing juvenile male soccer players maximal aerobic capacity
(Anwendung der Herzfrequenzkurve nach Conconi bei der Bewertung der maximalen aeroben Kapazität jugendlicher Fußballspieler)
Introduction:
This study focuses on the relationship between physiological variables and individual maximal aerobic capacity by measuring heart and lung function in U-15 male soccer players. In addition, the study includes the relationship between heart rate deflection and lactate threshold and the maximal oxygen uptake during incremental exercise test, which may be a feasible monitoring tool during training. It may also provide a theoretical scientific basis for athlete selection as well as selection of appropriate training for elite juvenile male soccer players.
