The effect of muscle fatigue on instep kicking kinematics in soccer games
The aim of this study was to study the effect of muscle fatigue on instep kicking kinematics by means of 3D technology. The results shows that the motion construction changed after muscle fatigue, including swing time and swing extent. The deceleration of lower leg was the main reason for toe liner velocity decelerate. After muscle fatigue, the pattern of cooperate between segments changed. The changes not only destroy the liquid of moment transfer, but also decelerate the efficiency.
