The purpose of this study was to reveal the principal foundations of stroke actions performing, as the main points of instruction's process in table tennis. The research had been carried out with a help of "Selspot-2", which calculated the athlete's movements trajectories automatically. Elite table tennis-players, males aged 17-21, acted as subjects. The revealed kinematic characteristics of the main technical ways in table tennis can be considered as the complex of basic data for the offensive technical methods' elaboration in table tennis playing. At the same time the above data allows to express themselves in didactical approach to the choice of conditions and methods of athlete's movements improvement.
