A systematic review of cardiorespiratory fitness tests used in dance
Key Points
• A broad variety of CRF tests and protocols have been used in a dance context, although the body of research supporting the methodological quality of such tests is small.
• Measurement properties of only six CRF tests (API, B-DAFT, DAFT, HIDT, SAFD, and 3-MST) were examined.
• Additional good quality research is required to re-examine and complement current measurement property results of the API, B-DAFT, DAFT, HIDT, SAFD, and 3-MST.
